1st day of summer (Saturday):
I could not stay awake while trying to read at all = I slept most of the day until about 5 pm!
Steven came home from work and we went to the festa junina (June Festival) where we ate my favorite food- Brazilian (bacon wrapped turkey skewers, chicken skewers, dulce de leche stuffed churros, coxinhas, risolis, guarana, brigadero)
Then we randomly went to explore the Murray City Park which happens o be HUGE!
On our explorations, we happened upon the entrance to the ampitheater with "Murray's Got Talent" starting in about 20 minutes. So naturally, we bought tickets and watched the show!
It was the perfect spontaneous adventure to start my summer!
Now if only my back would stop hurting constantly....
