Steven and I had a really nice, calm day yesterday.
We took a walk around our neighborhood and up to the Provo River Trail. It was nice, but still a little chilly.

Nature is pretty amazing!

We also made a really yummy dinner with the red bell peppers that we got from Bountiful Baskets. This is something that I have been wanted to make and eat for seriously like 3 and a half years (ever since I ate it in Spain): Pimientos rellenos (or Stuffed Bell Peppers). Good stuff.
